2014 Walk-In Flu Clinics

We will shortly be contacting those patients who should have a flu jab this year, which will include everyone over the age of 65, people with long-term health problems such as COPD, asthma, heart disease and diabetes, pregnant women and children aged 2, 3 or 4.

Please try really hard to make one of the clinics below, as getting as many patients as possible vaccinated like this means that we don't have to take nurses away from their normal duties at other times. The clinics are very popular and we do our best to make sure nobody has to wait more than a few minutes. Walking to the surgery (if you can) or liftsharing with family, friends or neighbours helps the car park from getting too busy.

Saturday 4th October08:30 - 11:30

Monday 13th October 17:00 - 19:00

Saturday 18th October  08:30 - 11:30

If you have received a letter to tell you about the clinics, please bring it with you on the day.

If you were notified by text message, you can save time by downloading and completing the following form in advance - then bring it with you on the day. Don't worry if you can't print it off - forms will be available on the day.

You Can Now Book Appointments to See Your GP ONLINE

You need to register to use this service by completing a registration form (download by clicking the link below or ask for a copy at reception). Please bring the completed registration form to reception together with some photographic identification such as a passport or photographic driving license. You will be given a unique number with which to set up your account. Once this is set up, you will be able to book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and in the future, view your medical record.
