Dr Ravinder Aulakh has retired from the practice at the end of February 2015 after 23 years at Yateley Medical Centre.
We are pleased to announce that Dr Fiona Salkeld, who has been at the practice for the last eighteen months and who is known to many patients already, has taken over the care of her patient list from 1st March.
Dr Aulakh would like to thank those patients who have expressed their best wishes for her future.

You Can Now Book Appointments to See Your GP ONLINE
You need to register to use this service by completing a registration form (download by clicking the link below or ask for a copy at reception). Please bring the completed registration form to reception together with some photographic identification such as a passport or photographic driving license. You will be given a unique number with which to set up your account. Once this is set up, you will be able to book and cancel appointments and order repeat prescriptions. From 1st April 2015 we will also be offering patients the ability to securely view their own medical records online and we are currently working on the necessary arrangements to enable this.
