You Can Now Book Appointments to See Your GP ONLINE
You need to register to use this service by completing a registration form (download by clicking the link below or ask for a copy at reception). Please bring the completed registration form to reception together with some photographic identification such as a passport or photographic driving license. You will be given a unique number with which to set up your account. Once this is set up, you will be able to book and cancel appointments and order repeat prescriptions. From 1st April 2015 we will also be offering patients the ability to securely view their own medical records online and we are currently working on the necessary arrangements to enable this.
